Yahorau Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue the application or any version(s) thereof at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Yahorau Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel, at any time, your registration and access to the application, if fraud is suspected or due to non-fulfillment of any obligation regarding this Terms of Use, and no compensation will be due in connection therewith.
You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by deleting the application. You agree that Yahorau Studio, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate these Terms of Use, your use of the application, at any time and without notice.
Automatic Renewal.Unless you notify Yahorau Studio before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel an Upgrade, your Upgrade subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such Upgrade (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time in the Upgrades section of your dashboard.
If you have any payment related issues with subscription, you can either contact us or contact the applicable Third Party App Store directly. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) or other age of legal majority in accordance with the applicable regulation in the country of your nationality, then you must acquire permission from your parents or other guardians in order to start the subscription. By starting the subscription, you are informing us that you have gain all legally necessary permission to allow you to proceed your purchase. If any in-app purchase is not successfully completed or does not work once you have completed the payment following the instructions, we will, after becoming aware of the issue, or being notified of the issue by you, investigate the issue. In the event that we are not able to resolve your concern related to in-app purchase or are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time, or if you wish to request a refund, you can also contact the applicable Third Party App Store directly.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 years old (or older if required in an applicable jurisdiction to comply with applicable laws). If you are not over 16 years old (or older if required in an applicable jurisdiction to comply with applicable laws) then DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE SERVICES. If you believe that we may have personal information from or about a child under the age of 16 years old, please contact us here. Note that we'll attempt to delete the account of any child under the age of 16 that's reported to us as soon as possible. You are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.
